Presentations
We had done the presentations on Athens vs Sparta in the Peloponnese war. We also did Homer the story teller. With Athens and Sparta they hated each other and but had more in common then one of then and the Persians. Athens treated there women with no respect and were put down. The armor they had was poor and the rich had the best and the poor were lucky to have a helmet and a side weapon. The Spartans were a very militaristic people. They were forced to train for the military at the age of 7 and actually start combat training at the age of 20 and don't get out of the army until the age of 60. Homer was thought to be a group of people that had told the stories and other believed that he was a single person that had composed the stories and told them by thought and had written them down over time.

My water
We had discussed the different gov't that ancient Greece had. Such as a Aristocracy and a Tiranny. There was a leader named Hippias and ruled with an iron fist. His brother was killed and he thought that they were going to kill him so he had the person responsible killed along with their family including the leaders responsible including their families also. Me.Schick was telling us how to say the different governments and with tyranny instead of tiranny and he had grabbed my water and tried to spill it on me because I would not say tyranny.
